The course includes
Weekly Running Schedules for all levels, from beginner through 5K, 10K, half and full Marathons. These will support you to build stamina, and endurance and remain injury free.
Expert nutritional advice that will enable strength and stamina for the runs and advise on refuelling afterwards. Healthy, economical and easy to make recipes will be included and additional advice on weight loss will be provided if required.
Tips and tools to build a strong mental attitude to complement the physical aspects of running. These will develop resilience building, increased motivation, and positive habits and behaviours.
Alternative workouts will also be provided and all aspects of the programme will be underpinned by a mindfulness approach, which we will explore and apply to the activity of running.
