Mindful Leaders

At Acorn Principle we recognise that being a leader can bring many challenges, particularity from three key areas; 

External - these can be around funding, staffing, interpersonal issues, targets or goals, bureaucracy and wider societal and political issues. 
Internal - our own behaviours, attitudes beliefs and limitations. 
The role itself - as a leader you are responsible for the organisation's vision and values. People look to you for guidance, motivation and behaviour - leaders permit what they promote. And you also have to motivate yourself.

Mindful Leaders is a 10 week coaching programme designed for leaders and aspiring leaders.  Offering an opportunity to work together in a small coaching set, participants will bring their own experiences and reflect on how they can bring mindfulness to their current situations.  The set content will be determined by participants and based around their intended outcomes.

The set is facilitated by Raymy Boyle, underpinned by a mindfulness approach and his own personal experiences of applying a mindful approach to leadership. 

Ultimately, this programme will be about developing a mindful approach to leadership.

 

Format - 10 week Coaching Set, Taster Sessions and Bespoke In-house Programmes.

This type of programme lends itself very well to the open course setting and can be adapted to suit the needs and time frames of staff groups within organisations.

Whatever the setting, Raymy will draw from the wealth of leadership and mindfulness research, positive working examples and many years of experience in leadership and management roles. The set will provide participants with a robust and effective support in developing their own leadership style and qualities.
