Introducing you to the practice and application of mindfulness in a range of contexts and situations, our courses explore concepts such as acceptance, compassion and self-compassion and support participants to develop a meditation practice. For those new to meditation, we will also explore some of the preconceived notions (and resistance) we may have towards it.
Although Mindfulness has its roots in Buddhism, we adopt a secular approach within our courses, drawing on research and teaching from a wide range of sources including developments in neuroscience and contemporary coaching approaches.
