This seven-session programme introduces key mindfulness concepts and provides a wealth of content and activity to enhance the online group sessions, which run on Monday from 2-3 pm, beginning on 18th January 2021
Each session includes a video from the related zoom call, a summary of the key theme, some suggested activities that further engage you with the ideas being introduced, additional resources (articles, links to videos, etc) and an audio meditation on the key theme.
