Isolation vs Connection – we are born to connect and long to be in community with others.

For many recently qualified coaches getting connected was a major benefit of our coach training and something we want to focus on afterwards.

When I completed my training I felt alone, like I was invisible and I wondered how I could stand out as a Coach.

What surprised me was, the things I was most concerned about turned out to be the areas that can connect us as coaches and small business owners.

I started to form connections with other coaches who were working on defining their coaching identity or working on their sales and marketing strategies,

Imagine, how good it would be to connect with others working on similar tasks and sharing their ideas. When I found people to talk this through with, my own creativity started pumping and I was able to design my own coaching niche, information and website through being inspired by others.  I was then able to encourage others to find their way.

There are so many great and unique coaches already out there, and I want to stand alongside them - not feel invisible as I first feared.

I am now enjoying connecting to myself as well as to others, finding myself and getting my coaching voice heard.
